Whistleblower Protection
Our company supports openness, ethical conduct and compliance with legal regulations. We have therefore introduced an internal reporting system that enables potential unlawful or unethical conduct to be reported safely and confidentially.
The reporting system is intended for employees, business partners and other persons who, in connection with their work or business activities, become aware of a possible breach of legal regulations or internal rules.
What can be reported
Through the reporting system, reports may be submitted in particular regarding:
- breaches of legal regulations;
- fraud or corrupt conduct;
- conflicts of interest;
- uneconomical handling of assets;
- breaches of occupational health and safety rules;
- discrimination, bullying or unethical behaviour;
- breaches of personal data protection;
- other conduct that may harm the company, employees or the public interest.

Upon prior request, a personal meeting with the designated person may be arranged.
Confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower
All reports are received and assessed confidentially. The identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report are protected in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
A whistleblower who submits a report in good faith is protected against retaliation.
Processing of reports
Each report will be assessed by the designated person impartially and without undue delay.
The whistleblower will receive confirmation of receipt of the report and subsequently information on how the report has been handled within the statutory time limits.
Knowingly false reports
The system is not intended for submitting knowingly false or defamatory reports. Such conduct may be considered a breach of legal obligations.
External reporting channel
Reports may also be submitted through the external reporting system of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
