This is a single-variety oil made exclusively from sunflower oil. Compared to rapeseed oil, sunflower oil has a neutral taste and contains higher amounts of vitamin E and a higher proportion of omega-6 fatty acids. It contains only a negligible amount of the nutritionally more significant omega-3 fatty acids. It is suitable for everyday use, both in cold dishes (dressings, salads) and for light pan frying.
