RAPESEED OIL is one of the few domestic oils that can be used for frying and heating to high temperatures. The flavour and aroma of genuine rapeseed oil must be intense, pleasantly nutty with a characteristic walnut flavour – dishes prepared with this oil will have this nutty flavour. It can be used in both hot and cold dishes and is suitable for preparing everyday meals (salads, sauces, soup bases, mushrooms, any kind of meat, baked desserts, cakes and buns).
